5.1 Account Security

5.2 One Account Per User

5.3 Account Information Updates

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk3888 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

pk3888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match-fixing;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with a deposit;
• Any request by a competent authority or regulatory body.

In the event of Account termination for breach, pk3888 may, at its discretion, withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, verified real-money funds will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of all applicable compliance procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit a User's rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.
